FREE RETURNS WITHIN 14 DAYS IN THE UAE at TRC, we want to make sure you're always satisfied with your purchase. That's why we offer free returns for up to 14 days after you receive your items. Please note that we can only accept returns for unworn items that still have their tags on and are returned in their original packaging. Refunds will be issued within 48 hours of receiving the returned goods, and may take up to 5-7 days to appear in your account, depending on your bank's processing time. If you originally paid cash on delivery, we'll provide store credit for the refund amount. Products purchased during sale events can only be refunded through TRC shopping vouchers. INTERNATIONAL RETURNS WITHIN 14 DAYS For international returns, we can only offer store credit upon receipt of the returned item/s. You may request a return up to 14 days after the delivery date, and you'll need to arrange and pay for your own courier. To ship an item back to TRC, please email info@therippedcloset.com with your order number and the details of the item/s you'd like to return. After our team has confirmed and provided the return address, pack the item/s and invoice into a bag or box. On the Airway Bill, please include your invoice number and note "Return shipment to UAE". You may use your preferred carrier to mail your return.
